At Strength of Nature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit, and include your printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
